A UX designer must consider the three pertinent questions-why, what, and how- of the product to make it as per the needs of the user. Beginning with the ‘why’, it considers the reasons for the user to buy that product; whether the user wants to perform a specific task with it or wants to buy it for the values attached to the product.
The ‘what’ considers the product’s functionality and, finally, the ‘how’ focuses on the design of the functionality aesthetically. The designers should start with ‘why’ followed by ‘what’ and then ‘how’ to develop products that give users an enriching and meaningful experience.
